COMMERCIAL LAW

For sales driven organizations, a focus on relationships with customers and suppliers is of the greatest essence, while at the same time transaction outcomes cannot be neglected. The problem that can occur is that an early stage contract can suffocate the relation upfront. One of my character traits is that I focus on relationships. For you that means that I help you minimize this risk!

To list a few examples, I can work for you on Supply agreements, customer contracts, framework agreements, non-disclosure agreements, Terms of Business, General Terms and Conditions, Incoterms. I am also experienced in the Convention on the International Sales of Goods (CISG).

CORPORATE LAW

The structure of your company is the foundation of your success. An optimal structure enables you to govern your organization with maximum flexibility. For instance, optimal protection of your assets, optimal tax planning, possibility of intercompany loans, mergers and acquisitions and so on. I have a broad experience in many of these matters and I also have a network of legal professionals in the EU.

To list a few examples, I can work for you on Corporate Restructuring, intercompany transactions (loans, dividend distributions, etc.), annual general meeting of shareholders, mergers, acquisitions, investments, divestments and so on.

I have an extensive experience in legal and have always worked closely with business departments such as HR, insurance, treasury, metal management (hedging of aluminium), finance (+audit), sales, operations and compliance. I am motivated and passionate about assignments, and help teams moving forward with advice and assistance.

You can count on me for extensive understanding and knowledge of business operations. I master optimization of processes towards corporate vision and mission(s). I prefer to focus on "what works versus what not" instead of "good versus bad". I work easily with management and investors / owners and have a natural sense of relationships.
